Stay on Routine
Try to keep to your routine. Changes in your routine, especially sleep patterns (including sleeping in late) can trigger migraines. Staying with a consistent routine may help.

I have noticed that I get more migraines on the weekend when I sleep in a little longer. I am used to getting up at 5am on a normal workday but get up at about 7:30-8:30 on the weekend. I am usually in bed by 9:30pm everynight. I will try getting up earlier and see if that helps. Thanks
