Caffiene causes the brain's blood vessels to constrict, which may provide temporary relief of a migraine. However, when the effects wear those blood vessels will dilate. These changes in vascular constriction and dilation quote often lead to migraines.

    when i was younger i used to find that peppermint tea used to help with my headaches but now i find, though it is relaxing, it doesn't actually help with my migraines .

    Giving up caffeine can be so hard. I tried and had headaches. After I chugged a coke, I began to feel better.
