Breathe Deeply
Try to take slow deep breaths as they increase flow of oxygen to the brain. Short, shallow breaths may decrease this flow and increase the likelihood of a migraine.

I've tried a product called the "Stress Eraser" (http://stresseraser.com/) and it has helped a bit.
I also have found that diaphragmatic breathing during the aura phase of a migraine to be helpful in lessening the migraine's impact.
However it can take a lot of time. I don't always do it since the last time I tried I spent over an hour in a dark room controlling my breath. It did help... but it's a lot of effort.

It's important to breath from your diaphram instead of your chest. See this video for an example
