Acetaminophen is an appropriate and safe OTC (Over The Counter) pain management therapy for mild Migraine pain. If the regular dose fails, more will not help, in fact it may simply lead to rebound headaches.

    Be careful using NSAIDs (Non-Steroid Anti-Inflamatory Drugs) for migraine relief. They can often lead to rebound headaches.

    In my personal experience it is best just to avoid them altogether. This goes for ibuprofen as well.
