Acetaminophen 200 mg, aspirin 250 mg, caffeine 65 mg. Treats pain of mild Migraine.
When using NSAIDs such as aspirin and acetaminophen for head pain that they not be taken too frequently or they can actually cause headaches referred to as "Rebound Headache."

This seems to actually work. It at least works with what can be termed low-grade migraines. I usually only take a single pill. I try not to take more than two to three doses per week.
